The key points in brief
Who we are — and our role
The Bovila platform is operated by Digitalbo Group AB (company reg. no. 559501-5073). We provide technology that connects buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and real estate agents. We are not a real estate agent, not a party to your contracts and never handle purchase money, rent or deposits.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure that the information and listings you publish are correct and lawful, that your account is protected, and that you don't use the platform for unlawful purposes, spam or infringing the rights of others.
Prices and payment
Current prices are always shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time before the next period. Payments are handled securely via Stripe. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
Digital contracts and BankID
Rental contracts can be signed digitally with BankID and then have full legal effect. Purchase contracts for a property or tenant-owned apartment are never signed digitally through the platform — they are signed in writing at a physical meeting. Always review contracts before you sign.
Limitation of liability
The services are provided as is. We are not responsible for content that users publish or for contracts between users. The limitations never go further than mandatory law allows — your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Right of withdrawal, consumer rights and disputes
As a private individual you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. If you ask for your listing to be published right away, you agree that the service is delivered immediately, and the right of withdrawal ends when the listing has been published. Your rights if the service is faulty are never affected, and you can always turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Material changes to the terms are announced at least 30 days in advance.
Supplementary terms
Depending on how you use Bovila, special terms also apply, which take precedence within their area in case of conflict:

- Moderation and reporting policy
