Bovila searches for comparable properties nearby
We search active and sold homes — closest to the address first (500 m → 1 km → 2 km), and widen the search step by step if needed.
Properties are weighted by location, type, living area and rooms
Sold properties with an accepted price are prioritised. If the number of rooms is given, the comparable properties are filtered to a similar number of rooms. Outliers are removed.
The result is shown as a range with a confidence level
The price indication is shown with a price range and a confidence level that reflects the data. No hidden interests — it is based on data only.
