Requirements and professional responsibility

An agent account requires valid registration with the Swedish Estate Agents Inspectorate (FMI). You are fully responsible for your professional practice under the Swedish Estate Agents Act and good estate agency practice — the platform's tools are aids and never replace your own responsibility. Bovila is not a real estate agent and is not a party to your assignment agreements.

Subscriptions and trial periods

The CRM service comes in the Standard and Enterprise tiers — current prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Trial periods offered (e.g. 90 days via a lead invitation) never turn into a paid subscription automatically, and no payment is charged during the trial period.

Leads

A lead is a brokered contact opportunity — no guarantee of an assignment and, as a starting point, no exclusivity. When you take a lead, you become the data controller for the customer's data yourself: it may only be used for that particular home matter, and never sold on or used for other marketing.

Agencies and teams

An agent who enters the agency's company registration number is linked as a pending member — access to the agency's customers and properties requires the agency's administrator to approve the membership. The agency is responsible for its members' use and for ending memberships when employment ends.

For the agency's customer data in the CRM, Bovila acts as a data processor under our data processing agreement (PDF), which is automatically part of the agreement. When you leave, you can export your data in a machine-readable format.
