The key points in brief
What is not allowed
Illegal content, misleading or fake listings, sublet listings without a permit, discrimination, harassment, spam, fraud attempts, infringement of the rights of others, and AI-manipulated photos that mislead about a home's condition.
Report content
Anyone can report content through the reporting function next to the content or to legal@bovila.se. Describe where the content is and why you are reporting it. We handle reports promptly and tell you our decision.
Actions, reasons and review
Actions are scaled by severity: a warning, limited visibility, removal, temporary or permanent suspension. Anyone affected by an action always gets a reason and can request a review free of charge within 6 months via support@bovila.se. The review is done under human control — never only automatically.
